Creator Terms

These Creator Terms govern the relationship between DFZ Media and creators, influencers, and community partners who register with or collaborate through DFZ Media's Creator Network.

1. Eligibility

To join the DFZ Media Creator Network, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have an active presence on at least one social media platform
• Have genuine, organic followers or community members
• Create content that aligns with DFZ Media's brand values

2. Application and Onboarding

Submitting a creator application does not guarantee acceptance into the DFZ Media Creator Network. DFZ Media reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion. We evaluate creators based on content quality, engagement authenticity, niche relevance, and audience alignment.

3. Campaign Participation

When selected for a brand campaign, creators agree to:

• Follow the campaign brief provided by DFZ Media
• Deliver content within agreed timelines
• Disclose brand partnerships clearly in accordance with ASCI guidelines
• Not modify or repurpose campaign content without prior written approval
• Maintain the quality and authenticity of their content

4. Content Rights

Content created as part of a DFZ Media campaign may be shared and promoted by DFZ Media and the brand partner across their respective platforms, as specified in the individual campaign agreement.

5. Compensation

Payment terms for each campaign will be outlined in the individual campaign agreement. DFZ Media is not obligated to provide compensation for creator applications or general network membership. Compensation is applicable only for confirmed, contracted campaigns.

6. Conduct and Values

Creators associated with DFZ Media are expected to conduct themselves professionally and in line with our community values of authenticity, respect, and inclusivity. DFZ Media reserves the right to remove any creator from the network for conduct that is harmful, misleading, or inconsistent with our values.

7. Confidentiality

Creators must keep all campaign briefs, brand strategies, and unreleased product information confidential until the agreed campaign launch date.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the creator relationship with reasonable notice. DFZ Media reserves the right to immediately remove a creator from the network in cases of misconduct or breach of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Creator Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
